Risk factors for the development of stress-related mental disorders were identified, the characteristics of clinical-psychopathological manifestations of mental disorders under acute stress conditions were determined, and the variants of their course were investigated. Thus, the treatment of oncological patients should be comprehensive and systemic, incorporating a combination of medical, psychological, and psychosocial support.
