Additional features included the presence of horny cysts, dyscirculatory disorders, and immunocellular responses of varying intensity. The identified morphological features of seborrheic keratosis should serve as an indication for performing complete removal of the altered skin area. During the research process, the presence of circulating bacterial DNA in patients with psoriasis was established, leading to systemic inflammatory reactions. Bacterial DNA was more frequently detected in patients with prolonged exacerbations that had onset at a young age. Performing tonsillectomy in psoriasis patients resulted in significant improvement of their condition, reducing stress levels while correlating positively with clinical improvement according to PASI assessment.
