The purpose of the work is to conduct a study of the stress-strain state of rocks and to give a conclusion on the safe parameters of drilling and blasting operations in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods are generalization and analysis of results, analytical studies and calculations. As a result of the work, the mining, geological and mining engineering conditions for mining operations at PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. A study of the stress-strain state of rocks around the operation was carried out using a general model of elastic-plastic deformation of the massif. Conclusions were developed on the safe conduct of work on blasting the sole of previously passed workings of 1 southern conveyor track of block No. 9; 11 of the northern conveyor shaft of block No. 10 and conveyor shaft 6 of the southern panel of block No. 10 by drilling and blasting in sandstone and near it in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE».
