Conclusions was made on the basis of the new scientific data on the impact of a new method of treating diaphyseal fractures of the femur, taking into account the analysis of clinical and radiological signs. In the process of study, a percutaneous minimally invasive technique of intramedullary osteosynthesis of a diaphyseal fracture of the hip was developed, as well as device for its implementation, which allows to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of diaphyseal femur fractures and reduces the percentage of technical complications during surgery.
