The project plans to systematize legislative and regulatory acts that define the principles of legal regulation of social relations arising in the process of land reclamation, the use of reclaimed land and reclamation systems, and the establishment of restrictions on the use of these lands, taking into account the impact of armed aggression in post-war reconstruction. It is planned to develop proposals for improving the land management of reclaimed lands in the postwar period, taking into account domestic and foreign experience popup.description2 The state of accounting for reclaimed lands in Ukraine, in particular irrigation and drainage systems, has become particularly relevant in the context of armed conflict and post-war reconstruction. Many reclamation infrastructure facilities have been damaged, which complicates their operation and requires a systematic analysis of the regulatory framework. The current legislation contains disparate provisions regulating the use of reclaimed lands and requires further development. In particular, it is necessary to establish clear restrictions on the use of such lands, taking into account the ecological state and prospects for rehabilitation. Ensuring the sustainable functioning of reclamation systems in the post-war period requires the integration of legal, economic and environmental approaches. The introduction of modern monitoring tools – in particular, geographic information systems and remote sensing – will allow for the prompt identification of damaged areas, tracking the dynamics of changes and planning restoration measures. Particular attention should be paid to improving land management within reclaimed territories, taking into account domestic and foreign experience. An integrated approach involves combining the efforts of state structures, investors, local authorities and communities, which will contribute not only to the restoration of land fertility, but also to the creation of conditions for sustainable socio-economic development of regions. Contour and melioration organization of the territory is a key tool for effective land use in the process of post-war rehabilitation of agricultural potential.
