The purpose of the work is to study the pathological conditions of the maxillofacial system as probable risk factors for the occurrence of speech disorders on the basis of clinical, laboratory and experimental studies. Research methods - clinical dental examination, organometric, histological, densitometric, capillaroscopic, oximetric, statistical. The relationship between logopedic and speech disorders in children with dento-mandibular anomalies has been established. The photometric parameters for the antoface with a distal bite were determined, taking into account the growth types of the lower jaw. The effect of bite anomaly class II1 according to Engel's classification on facial aesthetics was studied. The clinical and functional state of the hard tissues of the teeth during supraocclusion of individual teeth in the age aspect was evaluated. The condition of the periodontium, features of microcirculation and oxygen saturation of the gums in persons with supraocclusion of teeth as a probable factor in the occurrence of speech disorders were studied. Based on the results of the research, 13 scientific papers were published.
