Condition and correction of autonomic dysfunctions in postcoid syndrome popup.stage_title Обробка отриманих результатів, розробка алгоритмів і методик діагностики та адекватних терапевтичних заходів щодо пацієнтів з постковідним синдромом Head Son Anatolii S., д.мед.н. Registration Date 18-09-2025 Organization Odessa National Medical University popup.description1 Clinically and pathogenetically substantiate and develop new approaches to the diagnosis and correction of autonomic dysfunction in patients with postcoid syndrome. popup.description2  The study aimed to investigate the role of genetic polymorphisms in the development of cerebral vasospasm (CV) and delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). A systematic review and meta-analysis of ApoE, eNOS, and Hp gene polymorphisms were conducted. The Hp2-2 allele was associated with increased risk of CV and DCI, while ApoE4 and eNOS polymorphisms had no significant impact. Biomarkers such as nitric oxide, impaired cerebral autoregulation, and altered cerebral blood flow showed prognostic value. Clinical factors including hemorrhage severity, hemoglobin, hydrocephalus, and stress-induced cardiomyopathy influenced outcomes. CV treatment relies on hemodynamic support and endovascular interventions; pharmacological agents like nimodipine are effective. The study emphasizes the importance of a personalized approach to post-aSAH patients. Product Description popup.authors Babych Eliza V. Hnatiuk Iryna M. Horanskyi Yurii I. Dobrovolskyi Vasyl V.
