 The purpose of the study is to develop a model for assessing the effectiveness of the work of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine in ensuring a secure environment at the state, regional and local levels. The object of the study is public relations in the field of assessing the effectiveness of the work of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine in ensuring a secure environment at the state, regional and local levels. The subject of the study is ensuring the process of assessing the effectiveness of the work of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine in ensuring a secure environment at the state, regional and local levels. Research methods are selected based on the defined goals and objectives, taking into account the object and subject: analysis and generalization of scientific literature and the regulatory and legal framework on the research problem, synthesis of the information received, content analysis. Results obtained: methodological recommendations have been prepared, dedicated to the study of the issues of developing a model for assessing the effectiveness of the work of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine in ensuring a secure environment at the state, regional and local levels.
