The purpose of the work is to develop a test methodology and provide scientific support for testing the method of combating the prevention of GDР with an assessment of the effectiveness of hydraulic squeezing of the bottomhole part of the seam. Research methods are analysis and generalization of theoretical and experimental data, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, an analysis of methods for preventing coal and gas emissions associated with water injection into the coal seam, mining, geological and mining technical characteristics of the excavation area 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block No. 11 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were performed. A mathematical and numerical model of coal seam deformation and two-phase filtration of liquid and gas in the bottomhole zone during hydraulic squeezing was developed. The “Methodology for performing a numerical study of changes in geomechanical and filtration parameters in the bottomhole zone of a coal seam during hydropressing under the conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» has been developed. The change in geomechanical and filtration parameters of a coal seam over time during hydropressing has been studied. The patterns of influence of natural and technological parameters on the process of hydropressing a coal seam have been established.
