The methodological framework of the study is grounded in a comprehensive and historical approach, alongside a systems analysis of contemporary financial and economic theories and scientific concepts. These include geoeconomics, the theory of geographical determinism, civilizational theories, concepts of maritime power, global and regional development, theories of global transformations and internationalization, as well as crisis and anti-crisis regulation theories. The main results: • Geoeconomic imperatives and asymmetries in the development of the global economy have been identified. • The influence of geoeconomic shifts on monetary policy and the parameters of the global debt capital market—both globally and in Ukraine—has been determined. • Current trends in the development of innovative financial and banking activities related to investment lending have been generalized. • Proposals have been developed to improve incentives for the inflow of financial resources into Ukraine, particularly in terms of investment. • Geoeconomic factors influencing the challenges of post-war reconstruction, socio-economic modernization, and Ukraine’s European integration have been systematized. • Proposals for Ukrainian business structures have been developed and systematized based on successful practices from highly developed countries. • Strategic priorities for reforming national economic policy aimed at enhancing global competitiveness have been proposed. • Key trends in the digital transformation of Ukraine’s economy have been identified and systematized.
