A conceptual model of analytical support for crisis management has been elaborated, and approaches to evaluating the achievement of strategic goals of post-war development have been refined. The research suggests improvements to accounting procedures, strategic and managerial analysis, as well as the introduction of helix models of interaction and intelligent decision support systems into business operations.
