Head Korpan Yaroslav I., Кандидат біологічних наук Registration Date 15-10-2025 Organization Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of NAS of Ukraine popup.description1 popup.description2 As a result of the project, the following tasks were completed: - optimized nanocomposite biosensors for the determination of L-lactate based on printed electrodes of various configurations, modified with nanocomposite films and immobilized lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). - developed a biosensor model based on modified PGE and immobilized lactate oxidase (LOx). - studied and compared the characteristics of the developed biosensors. - optimized a laboratory model of an epidermal printed amperometric sensor system for non-invasive determination of lactate in sweat. Its analytical characteristics were studied in model solutions (buffer, saline solutions, artificial sweat) in stationary and flow cell modes. The influence of sweat components on the results of L-lactate measurements was studied. The procedure for measuring lactate in artificial sweat samples was optimized. The results of L-lactate measurements obtained using the developed laboratory prototype of the sensor system and the traditional analysis method were compared. A metrological assessment was carried out and a set of scientific and technical documentation was prepared for experimental samples of the epidermal printed amerometric sensor system for determining the concentration of lactate in sweat.
