The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for managing a business entity, such as a farm, regarding the adoption of management decisions in its main functional areas of activity during the period of military operations. The purpose of the study is to develop a complex of theoretical and methodological support for the economic justification of management decisions in the functional areas of activity of the business entity - a farm. The research methods are comprehensive and systemic approaches, structural and logical analysis, theoretical generalization, expert methods, regression analysis, forecasting method by growth curves, descriptive statistics. The content of the proposals concerns the justification of management decisions in the activities of a farm in the functional areas of its activity regarding the improvement of: determining the investment climate and the importance of digitalization for the development of business entities during military operations; identification of the main theoretical aspects and features of the functioning of farm entrepreneurship in Ukraine under martial law; use of startups as a tool for ensuring flexible management decisions in farms in the unstable environment of SPOD/BANI and martial law; improvement of information support for making management decisions in the logistics activities of a farm; planning of the activities of the logistics system of a farm agricultural enterprise; use of innovative methods of motivating managers of a business entity during martial law.
