Methods for immobilization of the recombinant (His)6-tagged form of creatine deiminase on the surface of graphite amperometric electrodes, pre-modified with the ammonium-sensitive nanocomposite PANi/Cu2O, were developed and tested. Laboratory prototypes of enzyme sensors for the determination of creatinine were created and their main analytical characteristics were studied (sensitivity, selectivity, stability, reproducibility, etc.). An experimental sample of a printed creatinine electrode was tested in clinical serum samples of patients and conditionally healthy individuals and the main characteristics were compared with other methods for determining the target molecule. A metrological evaluation of printed sensor analytical systems for the simultaneous determination of ammonium and creatinine ions was carried out.
