Optimization of the chemical composition of titanium alloys, which will allow obtaining solid solutions with high strength and plasticity characteristics. The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for manufacturing the latest heat-resistant titanium alloys for high-pressure compressor disks of gas turbine engines capable of operating at temperatures above 600 °C. Title of the work: development and optimization of parameters of the technology for manufacturing the latest heat-resistant titanium alloys, optimization of methods for obtaining heat-resistant titanium alloys with the structure necessary for operation at high temperatures and determination of their mechanical properties. Research methods - X-ray structural phase analysis; structural analysis; scanning electron microscopy; study of mechanical properties in a wide temperature range. Heat-resistant titanium alloys have been identified and manufactured, which in their properties are close to and superior to modern industrial heat-resistant titanium alloys.
