For this purpose, promising approaches have been identified for the analysis of very low concentrations of analytes in dialysate. The development of a number of electrochemical monobiosensors for the determination of lactate, bilirubin, glucose and pyruvate has been initiated. In order to further combine all monobiosensors into a single system for the simultaneous determination of all 4 analytes, a single version of electrochemical converters has been selected. Based on the results of testing and analysis of various designs of electrochemical converters, amperometric sensors based on disk platinum electrodes were selected, which are easily modified by polymer and enzyme membranes, and the technology of combining them into complex multisystems is known and not very complicated. Accordingly, all monobiosensors have a similar design, but differ in the enzyme in the composition of the bioselective element and the method of immobilization of this enzyme. The monobiosensor for glucose determination is based on glucose oxidase, and the lactate-sensitive sensor contains lactate oxidase. The biosensor for pyruvate determination is developed based on pyruvate oxidase, and the bilirubin sensor - using bilirubin oxidase. Laboratory prototypes of amperometric biosensors based on glucose oxidase, lactate oxidase and pyruvate oxidase for the determination of glucose, lactate and pyruvate, respectively, have been developed and characterized. The first version of the biosensor based on bilirubin oxidase for the determination of bilirubin has been developed. Product Description popup.authors Liudmyla V. Shkotova Oleksandr O.
