It analyzes the evolution of international e-commerce and the development of digital trade platforms; evaluates the current state and prospects of Ukraine’s participation in global value chains through digital tools. The paper explores the application of CRM, ERP, logistics and export support platforms in the agrarian and banking sectors; assesses the potential of digital technologies in enhancing the export capacity of Ukrainian enterprises. Special attention is given to the role of HR digitalization as a driver of organizational behavior change in international business. The research also examines the state of retail trade in Ukraine and its adaptation to international e-commerce standards. Institutional and regulatory barriers to digital transformation are identified, and a roadmap for building digital strategies is proposed, including digital maturity assessment, scenario analysis, and risk management. The article highlights the importance of government support, infrastructure development, and public-private cooperation in strengthening the international competitiveness of Ukrainian business in the digital economy. The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for building effective digital strategies for enterprises engaged in international activity and enhancing their resilience and competitiveness on the global market through digital integration.
