In today’s dynamic economic environment, enterprises are required to adopt a flexible approach to planning and implementing investment decisions that ensure financial stability and competitiveness. The aim of the study is to generalize theoretical concepts and develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving the organizational and methodological support for investment strategy formation in order to enable effective managerial decision-making. The object of the research is the investment activity of the enterprise, while the subject is the organizational and methodological aspects of its strategic support. The research applies general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction) as well as economic methods (strategic, financial, and comparative analysis, expert assessments). Special attention is paid to the analysis of internal and external factors influencing investment decisions, evaluation of investment performance, and the identification of development priorities. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed to improve organizational procedures, information support, planning, and evaluation of investment decisions. The practical significance of the research lies in the applicability of the proposed recommendations across various industries -particularly in oil and gas extraction, processing, and waste management - with the goal of improving the efficiency of strategic investment management and achieving long-term development objectives.
