The subject of the research covers the theoretical, methodical, and applied aspects of this management. The goal of the work is the development of scientific and methodological principles and practical recommendations for creating an effective complex system of marketing management for agricultural enterprises. System analysis and synthesis (generalization of the essence of marketing and anti-crisis management), comparative analysis (adaptation of world experience), dialectical method, and scientific abstraction (substantiation of theoretical provisions) were used to form the theoretical and methodological basis. In the applied part, statistical methods, economic and mathematical modeling (efficiency assessment), the case-study method (problem diagnosis), and expert evaluations were employed. The work addresses the urgent scientific problem of developing comprehensive scientific and methodological support to increase the efficiency of marketing management of agricultural enterprises in an unstable market environment. Chapter 1 contains the theoretical and methodical foundations, including competitiveness management and anti-crisis marketing. Chapter 2 provides an analysis of the current state and a diagnosis of problems in the functioning of marketing systems. Chapter 3 offers recommendations for forming an effective management system. The scientific novelty lies in the development of conceptual approaches and mechanisms that ensure the systemic nature and adaptability of marketing management in the agricultural sector.
