The subject of the study is the improvement of a multi-level system for training military personnel and civilian staff in the security and defense sector in integrity education and corruption prevention. The purpose of the work is to provide scientific justification and develop practical recommendations for improving the multi-level system of training military personnel and civilian personnel of the security and defense sector on issues of integrity education and corruption prevention. Research methods include structural and logical analysis, generalization, comparison, monitoring, and description. An analysis was conducted of the experience of training military and civilian personnel in the security and defense sector on integrity and corruption prevention in Ukraine and the positive practices of leading NATO member countries. Priority areas for improving the system of training military and civilian personnel in the security and defense sector of Ukraine were identified. A model of a multi-level system for training military and civilian personnel on integrity and corruption prevention in the security and defense sector was developed, taking into account current needs and security challenges.
