This is based on processing and analyzing radio diagnostic data from the Ukrainian Antarctic Station (UAS) "Akademik Vernadsky" and other spatially distributed sites. We analyzed the interannual, seasonal, and diurnal variations of lower ionosphere parameters and global thunderstorm activity using synchronous observations from the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. A Schumann Resonance (SR) parameter databank was created from UAS measurements (2024–2025) and used to update existing data banks concerning SR variations over the 11-year solar activity cycle. A data bank of radiation characteristics from worldwide power grids and the UAS's ELF electromagnetic environment was established and analyzed. Diurnal, seasonal, and interannual SR parameter variations at the UAS were described and compared with analogous Arctic observations. A methodology was developed for analyzing long-term global changes in thunderstorm activity and lower ionosphere state, and corresponding assessments were performed. The optimal equipment configuration for recording SR signals, ELF bursts, power grid radiation, and the UAS electromagnetic environment was determined by comparing data from induction coil magnetometers (Lemi-112A, Lemi-112E, and Lemi-120). Furthermore, the hardware-software system structure and methodology for recording ELF signals at an autonomous remote station outside Galindez Island, synchronized with the UAS, were formalized, and the methods for processing and analyzing ELF observation data were improved.
