The purpose of the work is to study and theoretically substantiate the results of the influence of socio-economic factors, educational policy, political processes on the formation and consolidation of Ukrainian society. Research methods. The following methods and approaches were used in the course of the work: systematic analysis of literature and archival materials; historical and genetic method; statistical analysis; general scientific (philosophical) research methods. The subject of the study is the socio-economic development and consolidation of Ukrainian society in the modern history of Ukraine. The processes of the influence of economic transformations on the dynamics of changes in the social structure, the formation of political culture, national identity and the formation of the Ukrainian political nation in the 19th-21st centuries are analyzed. The result of the study is the identification of patterns in the formation and evolution of socio-economic processes that influenced the formation of the national unity of the Ukrainian people. The work identifies the main trends in the development of the economy, social structure, and political culture in historical dynamics, substantiates the role of modernization and integration processes in strengthening social consolidation, and formulates generalizations regarding the ways of further harmonious development of Ukrainian society.
