The study also highlights the role of digital marketing, personalized strategies tools, digital supply chains, financial innovations, and blockchain technologies in enhancing enterprise competitiveness. The findings demonstrate that digitalization serves as a key factor in shaping a new paradigm of competence development, where digital flexibility, analytical thinking, innovation capability, and knowledge management play a decisive role. The proposed approaches can be applied to improve enterprise management systems, develop digital transformation strategies, and strengthen human capital in the digital economy.
