The main tasks of the research project are: – to assess the financial condition of the company based on reports for 2022–2024 and identify critical points for management response; – to determine the level of digital maturity based on the following indicators: automation, accounting, management; – develop proposals for the digital transformation of business processes, taking into account industry risks and current challenges; – calculate the expected economic and environmental impact of implementing digital solutions; – develop a plan to minimize the risks of digital transformation and formulate scenarios for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Research methods: financial analysis – to evaluate the enterprise's reporting data and identify trends; matrix analysis – to build models of risk, digital readiness, and integration; the “before/after” method - to determine the expected economic effect. Results of the research and their novelty: the dynamics of financial indicators of PETROL STORE LLC were analyzed and critical levels of liquidity, autonomy, and profitability were identified; An author's model for assessing digital maturity based on the classification of indicators was developed and a matrix of readiness for international digital integration was constructed; A SWOT analysis of the digital potential of the enterprise was conducted, taking into account the challenges of war and the post-crisis period; The economic effect of implementing ERP solutions and electronic document management systems was calculated, demonstrating a return on investment within 1.2 years.
