The purpose of the work is to develop ecologically balanced models of agroecosystems and technological complexes for their practical implementation in the process of using reclaimed lands and zonal farming methods. Research methods – laboratory-analytical, physico-chemical and biological properties of technozem models, field, mathematical-statistical, analytical. Field and laboratory studies were conducted according to generally accepted standardized methods. The obtained research results have fundamental and applied significance in the field of ecological and biological management of agricultural technologies in natural and technogenic agrocenoses. The scientific provisions of the work reveal the patterns of transformation of agrophysical indicators of the soil under the influence of the main cultivation methods, determine the possibilities of its minimization and the biological reaction of cultivated plants. The main theoretical positions provide for a practical result that guarantees the efficient use of resources and the achievement of a high level of arable land productivity. The practical value of the work lies in the fact that crop rotations have been introduced, developed on the basis of a new ratio of the influence of predecessors, the creation of an agrophysical background for additional accumulation of soil moisture, and the achievement of a positive humus balance. By optimizing the phytotoxic action of herbicides and phytocenotic resistance of weeds, it has been possible to control 95–98% of all weed species.
