New and supplemented existing economic and mathematical models have been developed to help increase efficiency and sustainable development in the agricultural sector of the economy through the use of modern IT and taking into account current trends in agricultural development in Ukraine and the world. A statistical analysis of the production of niche grain crops was performed with an emphasis on Ukrainian realities and existing potential in difficult economic and geopolitical economic conditions. Metrics of digitalization effects and a roadmap of segments (payments, online-credit, InvestTech, InsurTech, RegTech) are proposed, with an emphasis on agro-fintech. Policies are justified: API standardization, expansion of sandboxes, increasing digital literacy, sharing cyber threats and supporting early venture, de-shadowing models and a roadmap for harmonization with PSD2/PSR for European integration. An analysis and reconstruction of the development trends and transformation processes that took place in the agriculture of Ukraine during the period of its thirty years of independence was carried out. Modeling of the general dynamics of the development of the agricultural industry was performed, hidden features of price fluctuations for agricultural products were identified, and changes to the legislative framework were justified to optimize the agricultural business. An integrated conceptual framework for modeling economic processes is proposed, combining financial, technological, and behavioral approaches to adapt options to blockchain projects, and hybrid models are introduced for predicting crypto volatility.
