The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for determining the mass and dynamic characteristics of complex moving objects using SolidWorks information technology to support and make decisions when designing and determining the kinematics of movement of complex technical systems, taking into account the spatial shape of the constituent objects and taking into account the variable parameters of the volumetric geometric configuration, which will increase the accuracy of calculations of movement parameters and reduce the terms of field studies. Research method - mathematical modeling of the kinematics and dynamics of movement of complex systems was carried out using SolidWorks information technology by mathematical modeling of the dynamic movement system and was performed on the basis of the principles of the theory of dynamics of vibrational oscillatory systems using computer technology. For the first time, a methodology for determining the mass and dynamic characteristics of complex moving objects in the process of their design, namely special machine tools for turning work, special boring bars for boring deep blind holes using SolidWorks, was proposed. Modeling the dynamics of many-mass complex moving objects in SolidWorks, as close as possible to their real configuration, which was used to predict and optimize motion parameters and determine motion characteristics, which ultimately increases the quality and accuracy of expert research, complex moving objects - vehicles.
