The purpose of the stage is to study the spread of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases of grapes in the vineyard of the Odessa region. Diagnosis and identification of pathogens of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases of grapes by real-time PCR. Research methods are phytosanitary inspection, molecular genetic studies. An annual analysis of the phytosanitary state of the vineyard of the Odessa region was carried out regarding the incidence of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases and the dynamics of the spread of these diseases were analyzed. It was established that the incidence of plants by viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases has an increasing trend compared to previous years. As a result of a visual inspection of grape plantations in the vineyards of the Odessa region: LLC "Agrofirma Shabo", SE DH "Tairovske" and the clonal research and selection plots of the V. E. Tairov National Research Center of Viticulture and Viticulture of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, LLC "Vinograd-Odesa", grape varieties were identified that had symptoms of viral, phytoplasma diseases and bacterial canker. The test results were issued in the form of Expert Opinions. Samples were taken from grape plants with characteristic symptoms to identify pathogens and determine the latent form of the lesion by real-time PCR. Molecular genetic research methods were modified for the diagnosis of viral, phytoplasma diseases and bacterial canker and the identification of their pathogens, namely, a multiplex test system was developed to detect several grape viruses at once.
