INDIRECT LEAVE, LEGAL LIABILITY, RENEWAL IN MILITARY SERVICE, ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL MECHANISM, MEANS OF RENEWAL The object of the study is the content of theoretical and practical problems related to legal responsibility for the unauthorized abandonment of a military unit or place of service (SZCH) by servicemen and their dismissal from it. The purpose of the research is to investigate the need for regulatory, legal and methodological improvement of the activities of management bodies, units and subdivisions of the NGU, as well as the formation of theoretical and legal foundations for the use of the forces and means of the NGU during the application of the administrative and legal mechanism for the reinstatement of military service of servicemen who have voluntarily left their place of service. The second stage of the research is the basis for further work and entails: the need to develop a theoretical basis in order to prepare proposals on ways to implement the administrative and legal mechanism for the reinstatement of military service of servicemen of the specified category, providing scientifically based proposals for actions of NSU officials in the event of the return of such servicemen. The goal of the 2nd stage of the research is to develop key areas and existing methodologies with the task of theoretical and legal analysis of re-enlistment as a continuation of military service for servicemen who voluntarily left a military unit or place of service. Completed tasks: - materials from various scientific and scientific-practical sources were summarized in order to provide a description of the types of legal liability for unauthorized abandonment of a military unit or place of service; - provided their own theoretical justifications and proposals in order to generalize modern trends in the field of analyzing the problem of re-enlistment in military service under the legal regime of martial law.
