Makarenko popup.description1 Тo explore innovative trends in the training of future pre-school teachers and primary school teachers. popup.description2 Within the framework of the research project, the problem of developing the professional competencies of future preschool educators and primary school teachers was examined. An analysis of contemporary scholarly approaches identified leading trends in the development of teacher education grounded in the integration of humanistic, innovative, and digital orientations. The structure of teachers’ professional competencies was systematized to include communicative, digital, emotional-value, innovative, and managerial components. Theoretical-methodological and organizational-procedural foundations for training teaching personnel in the context of an innovative educational environment were developed. The proposed foundations envisage integrating traditional pedagogical methods with the latest digital and interactive technologies, as well as game-based, music-aesthetic, and choreographic practices. This approach fosters creativity, cognitive flexibility, and readiness for professional self-realization among higher-education students under the dynamic changes of the educational landscape. During the project, contemporary instructional and methodological support for training future preschool educators and primary school teachers was created, including textbooks, methodological recommendations, didactic materials, and resources for independent study. The materials are aimed at cultivating research and creative skills, developing critical thinking, and strengthening the social responsibility of prospective teachers. The research results have been disseminated through scholarly publications, conference presentations, and academic mobility programmes. Intellectual property protection certificates have been obtained for relevant outputs, and grant applications have been prepared under the EU Erasmus+ Programme (Jean Monnet).
