The relationship of strains of microorganisms of different taxonomic groups isolated on the territory of Ukraine with production and reference strains will be studied. Based on the results of the research, a final report will be drawn up. The main research results will be published in scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection or Scopus scientometric databases. popup.description2 A complex of studies was conducted to establish the presence and prevalence of resistance factors to antibacterial drugs of the beta-lactam and fluoroquinolone groups among bacteria of the genus Salmonella spp. Genotypic markers of resistance of Salmonella to these groups of drugs were established. Genotypic and phenotypic resistance profiles were determined. The presence of resistant mobile genomic structures among Salmonella was revealed - integrons, genomic islands, which are carriers of antibiotic resistance genes of the cassette organization. A methodology for detecting resistant forms of Salmonella bacteria to fluoroquinolones and beta-lactams using molecular genetic methods was developed. The collection of Salmonella was supplemented with 133 field samples of various sources of origin. The epizootic situation regarding Rabbit Hemorrhagic Diseas in the world and Ukraine was analyzed. It was found that starting from 2015, the virus has become widespread in Europe and North America. Over the past five years, the second type of virus (GI. 2) has been less common in Ukraine when registering the disease and has caused epizootic outbreaks of the disease almost 2 times less often than the conservative genotype of the pathogen. At the same time, RHDV2 (GI. 2) circulated mainly in the central and northern regions of Ukraine, while RHDV (GI. 1) was relatively evenly distributed throughout the country. According to the results of the study of pathological material samples from dead rabbits, genetic material of the virus was detected in 81.25%, of which RHDV1 was identified in 43.75%. Samples in which genetic material RHDV1a (25.0%) was identified were prepared for further sequencing. The infectious activity and development of the RHDV2 strain "TA14" virus in rabbits were restored. 80 cm3 of a 10% virus suspension with an activity of 4.66 lg LD 50/cm3 was obtained, which will be used in further scientific research.
