The purpose of the development is to elaborate national standards that are identical to the corresponding harmonized European normative documents, in order to implement the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Provision of Construction Products on the Market,” which transposes EU Regulation No. 305/2011, and to prepare Ukraine for signing the ACAA Agreement (in the part concerning construction products), as envisaged by the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement.
