While carrying out the intermediate stage of the project it is found out that recipient’s perception of linguistic influence mechanisms is determined by the range of factors – cultural, age, educational, professional, psychological and contextual ones, including the wartime influence. Individual and collective world pictures are modelled by language means that is revealed through the evolution of verbal nominations and discourse practices that represent manipulative strategies. It is distinguished that modelling collective senses takes place in interaction with historical and modern contexts that creates the basis for social, cultural and political influences. Mechanisms and instruments of the influence on recipients’ consciousness are represented by innovative technologies that are a combination of cultural, linguistic, psychological and communication technological models which create an illusion of an independent choice. The manipulative influence vectors are described and made systematic within linguopragmatic and cognitive-discursive paradigms. In describing the specifics of the verbal content of discourse fragments that contain the information of the manipulative character special attention is paid to the role of symbols, expressive means and rhetorical devices that arouse recipients’ emotional reactions. It is shown that commemoration is an active linguistic means of mass influence that forms desirable social and behaviour patterns. The research methodology combines linguopragmatic, cognitive, synergetic and discursive analyses that enable to detect threats and create effective mechanisms of protection from manipulations in media, advertising, politics and digital environment. Systematizing the manipulation vectors, influence of expressive means, stylistic devices and media techniques is vital for conscious content and informational society protection
