A methodology has been created for zoned 2D Stokes-fluorimetric mapping of polarization distributions in biological fluid facies (exudate, blood, transudate), enabling the isolation and analysis of individual optically anisotropic domains. Algorithmic processing of the obtained maps has established objective parameters – statistical moments of the 1st–4th order, autocorrelation functions, fractal dimensions, and polarization singularity maps, allowing quantitative assessment of changes in supramolecular network structures and their relationship with tissue regeneration. Fundamental correlations have been established between the structural characteristics of polycrystalline facies and healing processes. Statistical, correlation, fractal, and singular analysis methods have been developed and created for comprehensive and objective evaluation of wound status. Implementation of this approach enables scientifically grounded diagnostic methodologies applicable in tactical and disaster medicine. Product Description popup.authors Marta S. Harazdiuk Dmytro I.
