Virtual models that accompany the development of digital twins are key components of modern engineering, as they help to stimulate innovation and operational safety in the energy sector. popup.description2 The stability of the city's energy infrastructure is an important task for ensuring sustainable development and security of the country. The energy system is under the influence of natural and artificial factors that can disable it partially or completely. The project goal is the prevention of dangerous and emergency situations in a power system, forecasting its condition and consumption, supporting decision-making by the operator in different situations. The implementation of the project involves the production of both hardware and software models of the city's energy system based on the technology of digital twins using machine learning services, neural network algorithms and artificial intelligence. In the event of an accident in the real system, its digital copy can reproduce a similar situation and provide advice to the operator on the optimal solution depending on a complex of factors that are obtained in real time from information sensors, measuring devices and sensors. The project solves the problem of ensuring the stable operation of the power system and identifying possible risks by combining the real system with a digital twin, which is equipped with advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence services. Solving the tasks at the hardware and theoretical levels contributes to ensuring the competitiveness of Ukraine in the world, the development of the national research space and its integration into the global research space. The topic of the work is aimed at conducting fundamental research to solve the current problem of ensuring the stable operation of the power system and meets the priorities of the development of scientific and technical, socio-economic, socio-political, and human potential to ensure the competitiveness of Ukraine in the world.
