Establishing regularities of the influence of process parameters and states during discrete-continuous strengthening of structural elements, which provides a basis for determining the structure of parameters and parameters of technologies of discrete strengthening of structural parts popup.description2 The purpose of the project is to study the processes and states during the application and justification of the structure and parameters of the prototype of the installation for discrete hardening during discrete-continuous hardening of military equipment elements. The task of the reporting stage of the project are: construction of mathematical and numerical models of the stress-strain state with integrated design and technological parameters of the device for strengthening structural parts. As a result of the stage, the following were created and obtained: improved models and methods for studying the stress-strain state and contact interaction of a representative fragment of discrete-continuously hardened bodies; patterns of changes in the components of the stress-strain state of elements of discrete-continuously hardened bodies when varying the hardening modes. Using the created model, a number of problems were solved on the analysis of the stress-strain state and contact interaction of discrete-continuously hardened bodies.
