Makarenko popup.description1 The research and scientific rationale of the theoretic-methodological and organizational-methodical problems of health, physical therapy, rehabilitation, ergotherapy and special education for different age and nosology groups of population. popup.description2 The research project is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of health preservation, physical therapy, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and special education. The main goal was to justify and improve the scientific foundations of an integrated rehabilitation system in the context of current social and biomedical challenges, particularly those caused by the consequences of the war in Ukraine. During the reporting stage, theoretical and empirical studies were conducted, including the assessment of physical, psycho-emotional, and social conditions among different population groups and the testing of innovative rehabilitation technologies. Functional diagnostics, biomechanical motion analysis, and standardized questionnaires (SF-36, Barthel Index, FIM, Berg Balance Scale) were used to ensure objective evaluation. New data were obtained on the effectiveness of author-developed physical therapy and occupational therapy programs. Models integrating educational, clinical, and social environments into the professional training of rehabilitation specialists were created. Educational and methodological resources were developed for use in higher education and rehabilitation practice. The results have significant social and humanitarian value. They contribute to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, war veterans, and children with special educational needs, as well as to fostering a culture of health in Ukrainian society. The developed approaches are being implemented in rehabilitation centers and educational institutions.
