In the course of the research, a theoretical analysis was carried out, which substantiated the need for a separate direction of rehabilitation aimed not only at overcoming the psychological consequences of traumatization, but also at restoring full-fledged social interaction disrupted by prolonged crises. The uniqueness of the project lies in a large-scale empirical study that involved almost 17,000 respondents: psychological service specialists and educators. The collected data made it possible to comprehensively assess the state of socio-psychological support, identify typical manifestations of psychological trauma, and determine the specific needs of education professionals. Key priorities for rehabilitation work were defined, and an algorithm of activities for practical psychologists regarding the socio-psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process was developed. An information-analytical web resource was created, and the “Online Professional Development Studio” was launched. A total of 29 webinars were held, and two innovative professional development programs were implemented. These programs focused on post-COVID socio-psychological rehabilitation in wartime conditions and on developing intervision-based support for practical psychologists. Experimental testing of these programs demonstrated a significant increase in professional competencies, improved readiness to work under crisis conditions, and the formation of skills for professional mutual support. The project results demonstrate the high effectiveness of a systemic approach to socio-psychological rehabilitation and emphasize the need for further development of this field.
