The work is devoted to the study of the influence of component composition and basic technological parameters on phase and structure formation and physical-mechanical properties of alloys and development of new compositions and optimized technology of powder metallurgy of intermetallics based on Fe-Al Increasing the low-temperature ductility and creep resistance will be achieved by strengthening the intermetallic alloying elements Me and (or) dispersed reinforcing ceramic particles MeB/MeC system with increased stability and heat resistance over a wide temperature range. A comprehensive study of phase equilibria and thermodynamic properties of phases in three-component FeAlX systems, the influence of schemes of stressstrain state of workpieces during stamping on the basic structural parameters and properties of alloy will be carried out. Based on the results of the research, the optimal compositions of the material and technological parameters of their production will be determined.
