Purpose of the study – to determine the influence of agronomic practices on yield, sowing qualities, biological indicators, and productive characteristics of winter and spring wheat seeds. Research methods – laboratory-field and statistical. Results. It was established that pre-sowing seed treatment increased coleoptile activity by 1–4% and germination energy by 3–7%, with the highest values observed in the variety MIP Perlyna when using the preparation Tiatrin. Laboratory germination remained consistently high (93–99%). The application of the microfertilizer “5 Element” in combination with seed protectants increased wheat yield by 0.05–0.10 t/ha, while in durum spring varieties the increase reached 0.24–0.30 t/ha. The highest yield (6.73 t/ha) was obtained in the variety MIP Fortuna under the treatment option Junta Quadro 373.4 FS + “5 Element”. It was found that the application of ammonium nitrate at rates of 50–75 kg a.i./ha increased grain yield by 0.44–1.14 t/ha and improved the thousand-kernel weight. Productive properties were found to depend on the embryo morphotype: in winter wheat varieties, the average score ranged from 68.8 to 78.2, while in durum spring wheat it ranged from 57.3 to 62.0. The highest scores were recorded in the varieties MIP Assol, Estafeta Myronivska, MIP Dnipryanka, MIP Kseniia, and MIP Perlyna. Different durations of post-harvest ripening were identified: in the varieties MIP Aelita, MIP Feieriia, and Burshtyn, the duration was 20–35 days, while in MIP Auryka, MIP Dovira, and MIP Palianytsia Myronivska it exceeded 35 days.
