The latter included cleaning the seed mass from coarse and fine impurities, scarification, stratification, sorting by aerodynamic properties and specific weight, which improves its physical and mechanical characteristics (increasing seed weight) and biological properties (enhancing seed germination). A comprehensive method for separate seed harvesting at 75–100% panicle browning combined with pre-sowing preparation was developed, ensuring high seed yield — 118–136 kg/ha with germination rates of 40–54%.
