The viability of parasites in a macroorganism is manifested by their pathogenic effect and reactive response to a foreign antigenic protein, namely the development of a pathological process, the nature of which depends on many factors, namely the type of helminth, its pathogenicity, the physiological state of the definitive host and its productivity. The purpose of the work is to clarify the epizootic situation regarding the most common nematode infestations of land and waterfowl in agricultural formations of various forms of ownership, to improve their diagnostics using the Fulleborn method with the use of high-density gel for the detection and differentiation of helminth eggs, and also to determine the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs for parasitosis caused by roundworms. The object of the study is nematodoses of chickens and waterfowl. The main idea of ​​the research was to study the features of the course and pathological changes, study the species composition of nematodes and improve the method of post-life diagnostics of nematodoses of land and waterfowl.
