The object of the study is the load-bearing and enclosing structures of the building of the municipal institution of specialized art education “School of Arts No. 1”. The purpose of the study is to inspect the load-bearing and enclosing structures of the municipal institution “School of Arts No. 1” to identify a tendency to deterioration in their technical condition due to damage and defects that occurred during the missile strike on 04.04.25. The results of this work will be used in the development of repair documentation to improve the technical condition of the damaged structures of the building. According to the results of the survey, the actual condition of the building was established and its compliance with the requirements for buildings and structures specified by law was assessed. Recommendations have been developed to bring individual elements of the building to a satisfactory condition, as well as to maintain the structural elements of the building in a satisfactory condition. The implementation of the recommendations given in the technical report will allow bringing the building of the municipal institution “School of Arts No. 1” to a satisfactory condition. The latter will create safe conditions: for ensuring extracurricular art education, which develops creative abilities, aesthetic taste and comprehensive moral and spiritual development of the child's personality; for conducting socio-cultural events, and the functioning of clubs.
