In today’s highly turbulent conditions, business structures must continuously adapt to dynamic shifts. Uncertainty, technological transformations, increased competition, and market instability require organizations to rapidly adjust their management processes to maintain sustainable development. An additional factor intensifying these challenges is the ongoing war, which complicates the functioning of business structures and makes the ability for swift adaptation critical for their resilience and competitiveness. Under such circumstances, tools that enhance organizational agility become particularly important. One of the most effective approaches is the project-based method, which ensures systematic, manageable, and goal-oriented transformation processes within a company. Its application enables the structuring of managerial decisions, the formation of adaptive behavioral models of business structures, and the efficient implementation of changes in response to external influences. The object of the research is the processes of forming and developing organizational agility in business structures. The subject of the research is the methods of implementing a project-based approach to enhancing organizational agility. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the following: for the first time, a systematization of approaches to assessing organizational agility based on the project-based method under wartime conditions has been proposed; a practical model for its implementation in a highly turbulent business environment has been developed.
