Creating a system of plant analysis using portable spectrophotometers of the visible spectrum allows to optimize the processes of growing crops, ensure more rational use of resources and equipment, predict crop productivity and justify the feasibility of certain technological operations and the use of additional agricultural measures during cultivation. The use of visible spectrophotometers will simplify the work of the scientist and more accurately predict yields and diseases or other stressors. popup.description2 Based on the results of the conducted research, the practical features of using portable photometers for assessing plant condition were identified, and the feasibility of applying rapid methods for determining chlorophyll fluorescence as an indicator of plant status was substantiated. The developed plant analysis system using portable visible-spectrum spectrophotometers makes it possible to optimize crop cultivation processes, ensure more efficient use of resources and machinery, forecast crop productivity, and justify the necessity of specific technological operations or additional agronomic measures during the growing season. The use of visible-spectrum spectrophotometers will simplify the researcher’s work and enable more accurate predictions of yield and potential damage caused by diseases or other stress factors.
