This has the objective of increasing efficiency by combining improved control algorithms and information technology. popup.description2 The relevance of the scientific and applied research tasks of this project is determined by the urgent need to modernise electromechanical systems used in various areas of the energy, transport and industrial sectors. The primary objective is to develop and test algorithms and computer models for enhancing energy efficiency, thereby optimizing the dynamic operation of electric drives manufactured by a German industrial partner. The primary scientific and applied results obtained during the implementation of this project include the development of a set of computer models for energy-efficient control of asynchronous motors, taking into account electrical and magnetic losses resulting from changes in flux linkage and load modes. The work further developed approaches to improving the efficiency of software and hardware solutions for controlling asynchronous motors based on comprehensive consideration of electrical energy consumption and the accuracy of maintaining motor speed. This enabled the increase in integral energy efficiency of the electric drive during dynamic operation. The project has demonstrated the potential for further development of the results obtained through the development and use of energy-efficient computerised solutions, including in cooperation with German partners.
