Among them, notable examples include perovskite phosphors YAlO₃:Mn and YAlO₃:Bi, cation-substituted spinels Mg₁–ₓAₓAl₂O₄ (A = Zn, Ca, Sr, Ba), and BaGa₂O₄:Eu³⁺ ceramics. The influence of composition and thermal treatment on the phase composition, morphology, and optical properties of the materials was determined. The results demonstrate promising opportunities for the development of transparent ceramics, scintillation detectors, long-afterglow phosphors, and storage dosimeters, as well as for their use in high-temperature and radiation-resistant optical devices.
