Object of research: processes of pathogenesis and sanogenesis of the main dental diseases - dental caries, pulpitis and periodontitis - in relation to somatic status and age characteristics in children and adults. Special emphasis is placed on the study of local and systemic biomarkers of inflammation, immunological reactivity and bone tissue remodeling processes as prognostic factors for the development and course of pathology, as well as the effectiveness of the implemented therapeutic and preventive approaches. The purpose of the work: is to scientifically substantiate and develop a set of measures to improve the treatment and optimize the prevention of diseases of teeth and periodontal tissues through personalized risk assessment and effectiveness of therapy in people of different ages with somatically burdened anamnesis. Research methods: clinical and epidemiological (epidemiology of dental diseases, dental status, caries indices, periodontal indices, oral hygiene indices); laboratory and immunological (biomarkers of inflammation, oral fluid, blood serum, immunological status, cytokine profile, immunoglobulins, local immunity, humoral immunity); biochemical (markers of bone metabolism); radiological and morphometric (radiography, computed tomography, bone destruction, bone remodeling, morphometry, cephalometry); statistical and analytical (diagnostic criteria, assessment of treatment effectiveness).
