The purpose of the work is to analyze the psycho-emotional state of combatants and assess the impact of non-pharmacological methods of treatment of combatants. Study of the peculiarities of the adaptation of medics to the extreme conditions of war during the provision of pre-medical and medical care to the wounded. Research methods - statistical, sociological, economic assessment and system analysis. The tools used are official data from the Medical Statistics Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, data from a special study of public health problems, questionnaires for assessing the psycho-emotional state of combatants and military medics, standardized methods - the Mississippi scale and the HAD scale for determining the state of anxiety and depression.
