The purpose of the work is to create an up-to-date information environment based on modern information technologies to ensure the analysis of financial and economic activity of enterprises, organizations and institutions of communal property of the territorial community of Kyiv. When conducting the analysis in the research and development work, modern methods of financial analysis of enterprises were used, which make it possible to objectively establish the financial condition of enterprises and determine their development trends. During the implementation of the research and development work, the following was ensured: a) carrying out work on preparing the ICS "Balance" for the acceptance of financial reporting of enterprises, organizations, institutions belonging to the communal property of the territorial community of Kyiv for the reporting periods of 2024; b) carrying out an analysis of the financial condition and financial and economic activity of enterprises; c) carrying out an analysis of the implementation of indicators of financial plans of enterprises. Practical recommendations and results obtained as a result of this work were used by structural units of the Department of Communal Property of Kyiv (Kyiv City State Administration) and enterprises, organizations and institutions of communal property of the territorial community of Kyiv to analyze the financial and economic activities of enterprises.
